COMPANY INFORMATION

The company was founded in 1993 as Morris and Mosley, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation, to provide environmentally safe products and services to the agricultural and petroleum industries. In 1999, the company reorganized as a stock company under the name of Enviromate Inc., a Texas Corporation.  The Company maintains it’s corporate office in Fort Worth and has warehouse facilities in Saginaw, Laguna Park, Texas, Brady, Texas, Rocky, Oklahoma, Hays, Kansas and Mobridge, S.D.  Its manufacturing is done under contract with Mesa Verde Resources in Albuquerque and Ag Consultants, Inc. in Seminole, Texas. Besides direct marketing and distribution of products in Texas and Oklahoma, the Company has joint venture marketing agreements with O’Jeito de S. A. in Reynosa, Mexico for work in Latin America.  The Company maintains Sales Offices near Hillsboro, Texas and Clinton, Oklahoma. 

Company Principles

Randy Mosley, aged 56, President and Founder.  Mr. Mosley holds an Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University and graduate work in Administration from Sul Ross State University.  Besides working as a Petroleum Engineering for many years, he was an Associate Professor of Engineering Technology at Western Texas College and head of Training for the Western Company.  

Aubrey Dromgoole, aged 68, agronomy and soil science.  Mr. Dromgoole holds an agronomy degree from Oklahoma State University.  His background is in agricultural research working with natural pollutants such as problems created by over fertilization, animal waste control and herbicide/pesticide problems.  His early working years were spent with Dow Chemical, Union Carbide and  Oxidental Chemical.  Mr. Dromgoole current work for the company is with odor control on hog and cattle operations. 

Wade Chapman, aged 53, nutrition and agriculture.   Mr. Chapman holds an animal science degree from the University of Texas.  Wade was heavily involved with the emu business.  In 1991, he began work on animal nutrition programs to reduce animal waste problems.  Today he works on nitrate and phosphate pollution problems caused by feeding programs. 

Glenn Willingham, aged 59, petroleum and environmental.  Mr. Willingham holds an Education Degree from Abilene Christain College.  Glenn owned and operated an oil and gas company during the 1970’s and 1980’s.  Glenn works for the company overseeing its oil and gas production.  Additionally he markets the company’s environmental products and services to the oil industry. 

Ken Mosley, aged 52, Underground Storage Tanks and petroleum refined products.  Mr. Mosley holds an engineering technology degree from Oklahoma State University.  His background includes instillation and maintenance of UST facilities and marketing of petroleum products.  His work with the company involves remediation of petroleum fuel spills and marketing of environmental services. 

Tyson Mosley, aged 30, Engineering.  Mr. Mosley holds both a BS and MS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.  He has experience with Shell Oil Company as a reservoir and environmental engineer working off shore domestically.  He currently provides engineering services on the company’s oil and gas production and  assists with engineering problems associated with other environmental remediation work away from the oil field.

Andy Helm CPA. Fort Worth, Texas.  Mr. Helm audits the company records and advises on tax matters.  As a certified CPA, he currently owns an accounting firm in Fort Worth.  

Dr. Robert Pettet, Retired Professor Emeritus, Texas A&M University.  Dr. Pettet advises the Company on Agricultural and Horticultural matters regarding the companies fertilizer operations. 

Dr. Kitchell Collins, President of Ag Consultants, Inc. Seminole, Texas.  Dr. Collin advises the Company on soil chemistry and remediation processes.  Dr. Collins additionally consults with the World Monitary Fund and the Baptist Missions Board on matters of soil/agricultural practices in third world countries.

Company Products 

Agricultural

ENVIROMATE, a natural fertilizer and soil amender.  Composed of  35% humic acid, 12% fulvic acid.  This product is approved for organic growers. Long acting fertilizer ideal for lawns and gardens.  Active life 6 to 9 months.  May be blended with nitrogen fertilizers or used as a stand-alone. 

NUTRA  GRO.  A well-balanced liquid fertilizer designed for both soil and foliar application.  Contains natural ingredients necessary for plant and soil health.  Application rates at one to two quarts per acre.  An economical way to fertilize. 

HA CRYSTALS.  A water-soluble extract of humic acid for foliar and soil application.  Extremely concentrated.  One ounce of crystals makes 20 to 60 gallons of solution.  May be mixed with liquid fertilizers for increased performance. 

LIQUID HUMIC ACID.  Extracts from granular humate used as fertilizer additives to increase its effectiveness.  This acid extends nitrogen and increase plant uptake of the fertilizer. 

DIATOMACEOUS EARTH.  A natural white granular powder that acts as a pesticide.  The product kills by physical action and is safe for large animal ingestion.  It is used many times in feed as a de-wormer/parasite ingredient.               

Environmental 

CHECKMATE.  A humate product designed to clean up oil and salt water contamination in soils.  Economical and fast working.  Chemically reacts with hydrocarbons as well as stimulates indigenous microbes for fast remediation.  Converts oils into fatty acids and sugars (plant nutrient). 

ENVIRONMENTAL MICROBES.  This product is a multi-organism solution containing both aerobic and anaerobic microbes.  The product is used in both oil spill and odor control applications. 

Nutritional

ANIMAL TRACE MINERALS.  Most of the essential tract minerals required for health in a chelated (phyto) form for rapid uptake by the animal.  100% natural.  

TERRITOL.  Trace minerals for humans.  Comes in a water-soluble crystal form.  One teaspoon makes 1 quart of tonic.  The products has many health benefits in addition to providing essential trace minerals in a readily absorbed form. 

Company Services 

Environmental Remediation.  The Company performs remediation using its own products and developed technology to remediate oil, salt water and natural animal waste pollution.  

Petroleum Consulting.  The Company performs engineering and consulting for special projects to the oil industry. 

Training.  The Company offers several environmental and petroleum courses both through University and Private Companies/Organizations.

Our knowledgeable staff includes a chemical engineer, an agronomist, an herbicide and pesticide specialist and a feed supplement specialist.

We believe, as you do, that it is impossible for farming to be consistently profitable without good soil, and skillful management of all crop inputs; including water, fertilizers, and soil amendments.  There is overwhelming evidence of the value of humic acids and humates, as these products have been well documented by universities, scientists, experimental stations, and farmers.
